This week’s BA is essential to your recruiting success over time.
Look at your prospect tracker and make a note of how many people on it truly “know” you. How many of them have had interactions with you that created a real connection and not just a manager trying to recruit an agent? Strategize how to connect more with the ones that do not know you already, but the key this week is to reach out to the recruits who DO know you and strengthen that relationship.
