This week’s BA is essential to your recruiting success over time.
There is no such thing as the perfect agent, the perfect time to recruit, the perfect anything. The truth is that its all wrong. Your job is too complicated to wait for everything to align to get rolling. If you wait for that it will never happen and you will fail in your recruiting.
Pick an agent that you have reached out to that has not responded and send them a text that says
“Hey <<__>>, I was just looking through some of my notes and saw your name and wanted to make sure I invited you to the upcoming <<__challenge or event__>>. I sent you an email with this information and I know it will help you so I wanted to make sure you stayed informed. I would love for you to benefit from this <<_event – challenge_>> here is the link let me know if you have any questions I can answer!”
